How do I report damage or open a return?
Simply reply to your order confirmation email or email us at sales@furnishmycrib.co.uk and we will do our best to put things right for you. Please note response can take up to 48 hours.
I am on an upper floor without lift. Will you bring the item to my property?
Upper floors without a working lift will incur a charge of £10 per floor per item. If your property is on the ground floor but there is considerably distance for the item to be carried, the courier will also charge labour for this. If you have special access, it is always better to check with us for labour charges prior to delivery by emailing us at sales@furnishmycrib.co.uk or including this in the Delivery Comments section at checkout.
I am not far from London. Would you deliver to me for an extra charge?
Please email us at sales@furnishmycrib.co.uk prior to placing an order. If it is feasible, we will do our best to deliver to you. Please do not place your order without confirming this via email first as the order will not be processed.
Can I pay by bank transfer or PayPal?
We currently only accept Cash on Delivery. This allows us to offer you the most competitive prices by side-stepping substantial payment processing fees.What is the delivery process?
If you have requested a Select Day delivery, you will receive a call in the morning of the date to confirm your delivery and provide you a rough timeslot. The driver will also give you a call approx 1 hour prior to arriving at your location. Please note delivery timeslots are estimates and are not guaranteed.
